Force-Moment Measurements

Force and moment measurements experienced by ships and different types of floating/submerged objects are carried out with high accuracy using 3 (force in 2 direction and moment in 1-direction) and 4 (force in 2 direction and moment in 2-direction) component submersible type load cells within the laboratory.

Miniature type pressure sensors with high sensitivity are used to find the vibration characteristics of ships and to obtain pressure oscillations in non-conventional tests.
